Had a pleasant 2 nights at L'Avenue. Our standard king room had a good bathroom, shower, and air conditioning. the hotel's location near the train station was unbeatable. the onsite bar was good. the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly.

the hotel was in an absolutely perfect and excellent location, minutes from a train station. overall it was good sized, with a private bathroom.

Despite being above a brasserie and opposite the railway station, the double-glazed windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep without any noise disturbance. the room also had a strong wifi signal, making it convenient for me to stay connected. the hotel provided a small shed where I could safely lock my bicycle overnight, which was a great convenience for a traveler like me. it was excellent value for money and I would consider staying there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, being right next to the train station and just a short walk away from the fascinating Old Town. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with freshly laundered sheets and plenty of good towels in the room. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a warm welcome, offering assistance in English, French, and possibly Spanish. The hotel facilities, such as the strong shower with plenty of hot water and the individually controlled air conditioning, were excellent. We also appreciated the availability of free parking at the nearby train station.
